This site Coco & Boho Brasil | Natural Totebag is owned and operated by Andreia Schönenberger made on Wix.com platform. These terms set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our site and services offered by us. This site offers visitors handmade products and textiles. By accessing or using our service website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms and Conditions of Website Use, Contents and Services.

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to participate in these services. You are not permitted to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. 


By purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the complete listing for the item before you commit to purchase it: (ii) you accept a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to purchase an item and you complete the check-out payment process. 
 
The prices we charge for our services / products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our displayed product prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional pricing and sales tax information is available on the payment page. 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to assist you in resolving an issue related to your account, to resolve a payment dispute, to collect fees or dues, for surveys or questionnaires, for news about our company, or for any other reason that is necessary to review our agreement, in accordance with local law. Conditions of Sale

We may, without notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits on the services. We may terminate or suspend, permanently or temporarily, access to the services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.

Confirmation of Your Order and Billing, Customer Support and Refunds

Once the order has been carried out and payment confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation of your purchase by email, in which you’ll be able to find a receipt attached. If you are unable to see the email in your inbox, check your spam or, if you use Gmail and a "deals" tab appears, you can drag it to the "main" tab so that you can easily access the information we send you.

Payment

Payment for orders will be carried out by the following method: Paypal, Bank transfer & Credit card. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove payment methods. The customer will have no right to make a claim in such a case. Equally, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including cancelling orders, additional charges or blocking users, should we notice suspicious or fraudulent activities taking place.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to standards defined by the PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

These present conditions will be governed under Swiss law. For all disputes that may arise as a result of the performance, execution and possible non- compliance of these present conditions of use, regardless of where such a dispute may take place, users will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Basel ST.

Shipping

Shipping inside Switzerland is usually within 2-3 working days. we usually ship with b-post using the swiss post service. Shipping is charged at checkout. For orders above CHF 100 shipping is free. Upon request, deliveries can also be sent via express. 

Same-day deliveries available in Base City within a radius of 8 km available for 7.- CHF. 

Shipping International

Shipping abroad is possible. The parcel will be shipped and registered by the swiss post. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that customs duties and local VAT are incurred depending on the country. The payment of these taxes is at your expense. The VAT rate depends on the destination country. Please send us an email to info@cocoebohobrasil.com or contact us here for more details. 

Returns

Because of the uniqueness of our product, returns are not possible until further notice.


An exception can be done in the case of defect. Before you send back a product, please inform us via email to info@cocoebohobrasil.com with your order number and name. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and we replace defective item or we will send you a voucher for our store (online and in store).
